Something new

I first tried the Fitbit watch back in 2016, figuring it would be interesting to monitor my physical activity and heart rate and things like that. It was. But my first Fitbit fell apart. Daily usage after three years will do that. The electronic part was fine but the plastic bracelet just wore out.

So I bought a new one this week -- The Fitbit Charge 3. It has all the bells and whistles to measure my activity, but I can also monitor the weather and get a vibrating wrist alert when I have a phone call. It also reminds me when I need to get up and move around. I think that's cool.
